Lacrosse was astounding this session with the help of Coach Palmer. We learned how to cradle the ball, how to pass to our teammates and how to work together to score a goal.
We had a fun time playing different types of Lacrosse games like Lacrosse Baseball. It helped us focus on our skills.
We really feel like we can play like the professionals now.
