Jr. Chess Club

Chess club gives students an opportunity learn the skills and practice strategies of the game and have friendly competitions against their peers in a low-stress environment. Students of all levels are welcome to come and each child will be met at their level.

Program Facilitator:  Conor Wood

Conor Wood has been a swim instructor with ESF for the past 6 years.  He graduated with a degree in psychology and is attending masters courses to extend his experience and education.  He hopes to be a counselor in a school setting in the future and enjoys teaching after school programs and teaching our chess classes.
